Please report missing, damaged, or defective items within 7 days of receipt.  We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping charges.  We cannot accept items that have been altered in any manner (cut or glued, for example).

Returns need to be in their original condition and packaging. Please include your original invoice with any return. If you are returning an item because of a mistake we made, we will gladly refund your return postage as well.

Digital items are not refundable.
